You know what the quickest way to make money for your business? It is to keep your paperwork organized and properly filed. Just have your files properly organized will save both time and money.

You might think that the time you spend organizing your files will override any savings in time that you will get. You would be wrong. Have you ever spend a lot of time looking for that one bill, or that one letter? You think you knew where you put it, but you can't find it. If you had all of your files organized, you would know immediately where it was, and if it wasn't there, you know someone else had taken care of it.
